As a lifelong mover and athlete—yogi, competitive ballroom dancer, figure skater, and pole dancer—movement is at the heart of everything I do. Staying active and strong has always been my lifestyle, but yoga taught me something deeper: how to slow down, connect with each moment, and truly appreciate the journey. It grounds me in presence, while Pilates builds the core strength and stability I need to move freely and live pain-free.

My passion for fitness, movement, and rehabilitation fuels my commitment to helping others feel empowered in their bodies. I’m forever inspired to support individuals in reaching their physical and mental wellness goals—whether that means overcoming pain, building strength, or simply finding joy in movement.

At Rozhina Studio, we offer a holistic approach to fitness through a variety of classes, including Pilates, Yoga, Reformer, Cardio, and HIIT. I believe this blend of practices gives everyone the opportunity to feel balanced, strong, and fully supported in their unique wellness journey.

My Pilates journey started in 2012 when I was looking to try something new. After my first class I never stopped and eventually became a teacher. My philosophy in everything I do is to push myself and always remember there is no growth in comfort and no comfort in growth. I am a finance professional by day, but becoming a Pilates teacher was a long-time dream for me. By teaching, I hope to share my love for fitness and inspire others to take care of their body and minds. Expect a Latin vibe in my classes and a lot of heavy lifting.

My philosophy is “Movement is Medicine…for the Mind, Body & Soul”, and my mission is to inspire, and guide others through an amazing journey of strength and vitality. My own personal journey started back in 2022, when I was searching for a different form of exercise, other than running. After attending my first Pilates class, I was immediately hooked, and eventually became a certified teacher to inspire and guide others within my community. Pilates is a blend of science and art; allowing the mind to be connected to movement and breath. Pilates has truly transformed my life, and I hope to help guide you on your transformational journey. When I am not teaching, or attending a Pilates class, I am spending time in my corporate day job as a Human Resources professional, or snuggling with my three cats, Wallace, Winston & Wilma. Pilates is Movement…For the Mind, Body & Soul. Expect slow burn in my class.

Trish completed her 200-hour, Yoga Alliance-certified, Yoga Teacher Training with Your Yoga Flow, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. Yoga has been an integral part of her life for over 10 years. Initially, the practice served as a way to stave off injury during marathon training and as an outlet to relieve stress from a demanding day job. Eventually, yoga became much, much more. Trish is passionate about meditation, mindfulness and movement and the benefits they bring to everybody. Trish is thrilled to have also completed her Kid’s Yoga Teacher Training with Busy Minds University to empower the next generation to embrace the benefits of yoga. She is a member of the Global Online Yoga Association (GOYA).

As an educator, certified yoga instructor, life coach, and self-proclaimed glimmer finder 😉, my teachings are grounded in embodying yoga as a way of living that is rooted in interconnectedness, mindful movement, and authentically embracing the true self within. Having discovered yoga in 2008 during a difficult phase of my life and inspired by the transformative impacts it had on my mind and body, I completed my teacher training and have been teaching since 2018. My classes range from power, Vinyasa, Hatha, to Restorative, yin, Meditation, Breathwork and I am currently exploring sound bathing techniques. I am passionate about making classes meaningful, accessible, and inclusive through combining creative sequences with playful flows, rests, and breathing techniques. A mother of three (2 humans, one fur baby 🙂) and partner of one, when I am not teaching or spending time with the fam, I can be found touching grass or in an arm-balancing or inversion pose somewhere.
